The Tonle Sap in Cambodia is the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. On this lake floats many dilapidated boats housing people from Vietnam trying to eke out a living. Although this is not a good life nor an ideal life for children, there is also a school on the lake. DST International is planning on opening an office in Ho Chi Minh City in the second quarter of 2007. The company already has five clients in Vietnam and this is a great time to open an office. With the Lunar New Year, Tet, right around the corner it's a time of great celebration. So you'd think that the cuisine of choice throughout Vietnam would be Vietnamese. Not so at the Tao-Li restaurant in the Nikko Hotel.
