Le Dzung, a foreign ministry spokesman, responded on February 15 to questions about why Arne Liljedahl Lynngard, chairman of the Thorolf Rafto Foundation would not be granted a Visa. According to Viet Nam Fatherland Front’s Deputy President Huynh Dam, the Viet Nam Buddhist Sangha worked diligently last year in encouraging nuns and monks to uphold policies and laws. The Adida restaurant in Hanoi is a vegetarian restaurant with 300 rotating dishes. There are meat dishes offered, but they're not really meat; they're tofu, rice, or vegetable concoctions made to look like meat. On January 27 almost 1000 elementary students in Vietnam received their Young Learners English certificates after they passed the University of Cambridge ESOL tests.
