Vietnam refuses to change policy towards dissidents

First of corruption trials nearing end.

The first of several major corruption trials launched by Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, who vowed to crack down on widespread corruption, is nearing an end. A former deputy trade minister is on trial for accepting bribes for export textiles quotas.
